Acknowledge them with a gentle smile.
Don’t chase them.
Simply let them drift by.
3. Honor the contrast.
When joy visits, celebrate.
When sorrow knocks, welcome it as a wise guest.
Both carry messages from your soul.
4. Return to the body.
The body is always here—anchored in now.
Walk barefoot. Stretch slowly. Breathe with attention.
5. Ask daily:
“Am I living from a place of love or from fear?”
